FedEx focus on employee’s physical wellness and mental health to engage employees from across direction. We annually conduct Medical Check Up, regularly conduct sports competitions, and conduct mental health talk as we value our employees’ physical health as well as mental wellbeing.

At FedEx, we have a goal to achieve carbon neutral operations by 2040. Priority Earth is our initiative to get there. In Indonesia, we have a team spread across all FedEx Indonesia facilities, and have carried out several environmentally friendly activities regularly.
