Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is one of the world’s leading consumer goods companies - making, moving and selling some of the world’s most loved drinks. As a part of the global CCEP system, CCEP Indonesia, deliver a complete ready-to-drink beverage portfolio from Sabang to Merauke since 1992. CCEP Indonesia operate 8 manufacturing facilities in Sumatra, Java and Bali, employ more than 4,100 people, and distribute millions of refreshing beverages to more than 450,000 outlets across Indonesia. We are international in presence but local at heart-we firmly invested in our local economies and the communities we love; because beyond delivering results for customers and shareholders, we are determined to build a better future for our earth and people.

Sustainable Workplace
We take our responsibility to reduce our environmental impact seriously. Our ambition to create a better future, for people and the planet, sits at the heart of how we do business, and the decisions we take. Central to this are our targets to reduce reach net zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2040. This is Forward, our sustainability action plan, sits at the heart of our long-term business strategy. In taking these effort, CCEP Indonesia gained recognition in leading sustainability amongst industry peers.- Drinks. We are committed to reducing the sugar in our drinks and offering low or no sugar options – giving consumers even more choice.
- Society. We take care of our talented, passionate and committed people and support our suppliers, customers and communities.
- Supply Chain. We believe that the quality and integrity of our products and services depend on sustainable global supply chains, where human rights are respected and protected.
- Climate. We are committed to decarbonizing our entire business by reducing carbon emissions through energy-efficient coolers, using renewable electricity through rooftop solar panel in 2 manufacturing facilities, and working with strategic partner to support our suppliers. We also purchase of 90 GWh of Renewable Energy Certificates from PLN Indonesia for 2023-2025.
- Packaging. To achieve a world without waste, we want every bottle, or can we sell to be recycled or reused and we are working by improving collection and driving circularity. Through our investment in Amandina Bumi Nusantara and Mahija Parahita Nusantara, we are committed in a closed loop bottle-to-bottle program. Compared to 2019, we successfully have 100% recyclable packaging, 30% recycled plastic (rPET), and 70% collect and recycle our bottle and can.
- Water. We have adopted a value chain approach to water stewardship, focusing on water efficiency within our own operations and working to protect the sustainability of the water sources. Through Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (3R) program, we are successfully returning double of water we use back to the environment and community.

We broaden our reach through women's conferences, women’s listening circles by function, and gender-balanced recruitment. Our goal is to maintain a 50:50 gender ratio for professional hires and 60% women for our Graduate Trainee program this year. Over the past three years, our average women’s engagement score has remained above 80%, driven by factors such as work-life balance, resilience, and a positive safety climate. - SAFE & ENGAGE
To ensure our community feels safe and engaged, we have established the Women Warrior community and an Anti-Harassment Committee. We actively foster engagement through various activities, creating an environment where everyone can thrive. - LEAD
Our Women Leadership program aims to enhance women’s skills and capabilities through training and a pay-it-forward initiative. Participants receive mentorship from senior leaders and, in turn, mentor others. Over 50% of participants have been promoted or transferred to new roles, with more than 60% of identified female talent having previously joined the program. We have increased the number of women in senior leadership positions by 3% compared to 2023.

We offer exclusive physical activities for employees and their families, such as Coke Cup Futsal competition, Coke Run, and Wellbeing Festival. Our collaboration with Loop Health is one of program to support employee with health issues, providing diabetic employees with nutritional consultations, health monitoring, and tracking kits. - Mental Wellbeing
Our mental wellbeing programs aim to enhance employee resilience, contributing to overall organizational resilience. Recognizing the impact of workplace stress, we offer:- Regular Stress Assessments to identify employee stress levels at any time.
- Mindfulness-Based Stress Management Workshops to teach practical stress-handling techniques.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide free psychological counseling to maintain employee’s mental health.
- Financial
Our financial wellbeing programs empower employees to feel secure about their financial future. Key programs include:- Career Transition Program: Comprehensive support to impacted employees in mental, financial, and social aspects.
- Pre-Retirement Program: Training in financial management, psychological readiness, and entrepreneurship for retiring employees.
- Anak Hebat Scholarship for employees’ children at all education levels based on their achievement, offered twice a year.
- Spiritual & Social
We have an anti-bullying and harassment committee, which includes labor union members, to protect employees from harmful and unethical situations.
