Our commitment to a healthy working environment stems from prioritising employee well-being through establishing a safe workplace, organising physical and mental wellness activities and introducing flexible working arrangements.
We encourage and empower our employees to take charge of their own well-being, promoting healthier balanced meals by providing fruits in the workplace, complimentary health screenings and organizing exercise programs such as kickboxing. With these, we cultivate a sustainable way to healthier living, supporting them to take care of their health.
Our employees enjoy the flexibility of remote working for two days a week and leave benefits such as volunteer leave, exigency leave and education leave to allow them to dedicate time to their other priorities outside work. Coupled with a welcoming, inclusive work environment, we help to fortify employee mental resilience through organising educational webinars on mental wellness and providing counseling service to all who require guidance and support to work through challenges at work and at home.
Through various CSR activities, we actively contribute to the community where we operate. Supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals, we uphold our dedication towards building a sustainable society. We inspire one another to serve our communities through engagement programs with the seniors’ activity centres, donation to worthy causes and food distribution to underprivileged families, amongst others.
In our go-green initiatives, we encourage environmental sustainability in our workplace by providing employees with reusable cutlery in the office and discontinuing the use of disposable cutlery for company events. We place emphasis on environmental education where employees attend webinars and workshops on ESG principals, learning from and with each other to collectively create a caring and sustainable future.
