  • The Amazing Race : Global EduHub orchestrated an thrilling and exhilarating Amazing Race event, uniting representatives from all departments and schools around the island in a quest for unity, teamwork, and problem-solving prowess.
  • Dinner and Dance-cum-Teacher's Day : Each year, the group holds a mega-celebration to commemorate the hard work put in by all employees, and to honour long-service award recipients at a fun and extravagant Dinner and Dance gala celebration. Amidst trendy beats and cool music, unstoppable laughter and smiles, the positive team culture of the group is in full display!
  • Festive Celebrations : From Chinese New Year to Christmas, the group embraces cultural diversity and spreads joy through vibrant celebrations that foster camaraderie and team unity.
  • Monthly Friday Treats : Group CEO, Mdm Cici Koh, showers personalized appreciation on all employees by giving out healthy treats, reinforcing a culture of gratitude and wellness.

Global EduHub's on-the-Job training initiative is crafted by the in-house Training team to foster and empower teaching professionals. Its educators engage in up to 250 hours of rigorous and thorough training, supplemented by on-the-job training within various brands. Each brand’s Teacher Growth Model defines clear career trajectories, boosts skills, and emphasizes the welfare of our educators, with staff members feeling gratified knowing they have ample opportunities to realize their full potential.
