We implemented Diversity and Inclusion policy to address this matter and we are proud with the implementation of our “Lean In Circles” partnering with LeanIn.Org that aims to provide space where women can come together in small groups across roles and levels to get peer-to-peer mentorship, connect with each other, recognise and combat gender bias, and build leadership skills.

In addition, our employees’ wellbeing and work life balance is a priority in Yinson. We believe in giving everyone a choice to create balance in life, at work and in their personal lives. This is guided in our Future of Work Philosophy. The Philosophy aims to provide richness of choice, flexibility, and autonomy to our people with the purpose of delivering their best work. We developed and implemented Hybrid Working and Flexi Work Hours Policy to provide flexibility to employees to move freely back and forth between office and their desired remote environments.

As employees’ wellbeing and health are on our top priority too, we signed up and added mental wellness program partnering with our existing insurance provider to support employees who may be facing challenges personally and professionally. We also organize wellness program event every month to raise awareness on physical, mental and psychological well-being for all employees.
