We developed and implemented Hybrid Working and Flexi Work Hours Policy to provide flexibility to employees to move freely back and forth between office and their desired remote environments.

As employees’ wellbeing and health are on our top priority too, we signed up and added mental wellness program partnering with our existing insurance provider to support employees who may be facing challenges personally and professionally. We also organize wellness program event every month to raise awareness on physical, mental and psychological well-being for all employees.
