Caring for Quality of Work-life throughout Employee Cycle
Quality of work-life is one of the most important living factors for this decade. Especially for the new generation, quality of work-life is not limited to the basic four needs of food, residence, medicine and clothing. It also extends to a person’s overall well-being. Even after the world pandemic, well-being continues to be a critical factor in a person’s decision-making, both for work and personal life.For UOB (Thai), we put our people first and care for our employee’s well-being. During the pandemic period, this included protecting work equipment, maintaining a frequent office cleaning schedule, providing personal care kits, implementing a work-from-home policy, providing COVID-19 vaccines for employees and family and more. All of this was done to ensure that employees had peace of mind, which would allow them to work productively. After the pandemic, we have continued to take care of employee’s well-being as our new normal.
