We recently launched the "ICE" model and developed situational leadership to ensure that everyone is on the same page and understands what and how we are moving forward."Identify & Plan (I); Communicate & Clarify (C); Evaluate & Align+Agile (E)", this concept is translated and deployed to our employees through training, micro-learning, and activities. Not only HR, but also our leaders, understand how critical it is to implement this concept throughout Neo if we want to achieve our goals. Good work begins with clear communication. As a result, we promote this concept throughout the organization, from operations to top management. There are numerous small groups that have formed, and each group is aware of its own responsibilities. They can identify, plan and evaluate if their work meets the expected outcome. Everyone is on the same page with the plans and heading in the same direction. This is demonstrated by our quarterly business success.
Community goes green.
We aim to cultivate the company's sustainability development in terms of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and see it as an important topic for us to create shared values with society. To begin, we plant the seeds of sustainability in the hearts of Neo's employees and our communities, focusing first on schools and then expanding to our community areas. The first thing we do is establish a green society within the company, as well as help improve our surrounding community area to become a better place to live.At Neo, we create and cultivate a green society with low carbon monoxide levels, and our visitors have enjoyed the experience and environment which reminds them of visiting friends' homes or gardens. Furthermore, we intend to establish a mini-learning center where our employees, community representatives, and students can co-learn about environmental management and ecological systems through various activities such as ground water banking, beekeeping, upcycling etc. We are prepared to assist schools with mini-learning centers, particularly in beekeeping, and to ensure that all students learn and understand what and how to practice in real life. We hope they can learn and share this knowledge with their families, friends and communities.
