PUMA Taiwan is committed to the environment and our employees regularly volunteer in activities like coastal and wetlands clean-up, which help make our community a better place to live in. In 2023, Puma Taiwan expanded our community engagement activity beyond island of Taiwan and visited Kinmen, Penghu and Kenting to clean our beaches.

Putting our employees in the first place, PUMA Taiwan constantly holds different activities for our employees. We not only have trainings in various topics to keep developing our employees’ hard skills and soft skills but also have team building and outdoor activities to increase our employees’ engagement and psychical health.

In 2023, PUMA Taiwan further improves our benefit by increasing car allowance and festival bonus along with other policies. Furthermore, we launched a retail salary restructure scheme which result in satisfying high employment rate and low turnover rate.
