As an organization operating in 45 countries with 160,00+ employees across the globe, Foundever™ is passionate about becoming the most inclusive BPO company in the world. We do this by creating programs where every associate, regardless of their gender, identity, background, or culture, can thrive and create their best moments and success stories with the organization.
Our employee resource groups (ERGs) are associate-led groups who share certain characteristics (gender, race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation among many others). In the Philippines, we have two dedicated ERGs that recognize two distinct groups within the company, namely Women at Foundever and Pride at Foundever.
Women at Foundever serves as a safe space and platform to transform the experience of every woman in the organization through mentoring, skills development, and assistance specially designed for women. To date, the group has almost 1,500 members, both women and women allies, supporting females within Foundever.
I am incredibly honored to receive these citations from HR Asia on behalf of Foundever, This reflects the dedication of our entire team to ensure that Foundever is a community where each individual is empowered to excel and contribute. This [HR Asia Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Award] underscores our commitment to embracing differences, promoting equality, and ensuring fair opportunities for all employees. We believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce is the bedrock of creativity and innovation, and we are committed to relentlessly promote a culture of acceptance and equal opportunity,
Ravi Iyengar, Chief Operating Officer - APAC at Foundever
Every March, the organization celebrates Women’s Month where women and women allies work together to raise awareness and educate employees on different issues that women experience in the workplace and in the community. In 2023, Foundever held its much-awaited annual Women at Foundever Summit where women and advocates of women discussed how each employee can do their part to #EmbraceEquity at work and within our community. This year’s summit empowered 1,623 attendees both online and onsite. The eye-opening activity later inspired 209 associates to apply as new members of the group, raising the group’s tally to 1,393 members as of July 26, 2023.
Embracing equity also means recognizing, addressing, and providing solutions to the different needs of different women, specifically working moms. To ensure the health and wellbeing of moms within Foundever, we created a comprehensive site where they can access different tools and resources for maternity benefits, integrated medicine program and holistic assistance (obstetric and gynecological care, mental health support, dental care, and optical care).
Pride at Foundever, our dedicated ERG for members and allies of the LGBTQIA+ community, create opportunities to acknowledge and work toward resolving the injustices, barriers, and discrimination that the Pride community experiences in the workplace and beyond.
Every June, Pride at Foundever hosts a month-long celebration that serves as a platform to acknowledge and educate individuals about the Pride community, their accomplishments, and their challenges. This 2023, the ERG held its first ever Pride Summit, a hybrid celebration that brought together almost 4,000 members, allies, and advocates of the LGBTQIA+ community within the organization. This summit has amplified different Pride stories and shared valuable knowledge as we continue the fight for acceptance and equality. Since the summit, 241 associates started their own Pride story as members of the Pride community.
As part of expanding and reaching out to more groups within the organization, Foundever will soon be launching the Disability Network. The Disability Network is an ERG dedicated to promoting awareness and understanding disability-related needs and issues.
Recognition from our associates underscores our commitment. Foundever has received a 4.0 global rating for diversity and inclusion through our job portal in Glassdoor. Meanwhile, our 2022 employee survey dubbed as MAX Annual Survey has garnered valuable insights from our employees where 86% of our participants state that diversity is valued within the organization.
