At FOPM, we recognize that our dedicated team is our greatest asset. We've designed a weekly activity schedule to elevate productivity and employee engagement. Every weekday brings a special event that cultivates a vibrant community and the overall well-being of our team.


Express-o Monday: We kick start our week with a one-hour interactive session where HR and team members come together to discuss upcoming events, initiatives, and the organization's future direction.

iChoose Day: Every Tuesday, we carve out 15 minutes for an engaging break, where employees can collaborate, socialize, and share ideas in a relaxed setting.

Wellness Wednesday - Prioritizing employee wellness is non-negotiable for us. These sessions provide insights into the eight dimensions of well-being—social, environmental, financial, intellectual, vocational, physical, spiritual, and emotional—equipping our team with tools for holistic health.

G.Y.M. Thursday: An enriching infographic is shared every Thursday, offering information ranging from company policies and current events to intriguing fun facts.

Friyey: To celebrate another successful and productive week, we have a 30-minute burst of fun every Friday, which includes a series of exciting interactive activities designed to lift everyone’s spirit and build camaraderie.
