Learning @ Haleon

Our approach to learning is to provide our employees with unique opportunities to grow, learn and adapt to be future-ready. We sharpen their functional and leadership skills through a range of online and offline programs.

To facilitate such learning opportunities, we have a Keep Growing Campus, an online learning platform, which enables our employees to learn anytime and anywhere.

High employee engagement is fundamental behind the growth and success of Haleon Indonesia. We have one of the highest performing scores in the region, and such positive result has been consistently maintained for years and achieved through solid collaboration between leaders and our employees.

We embed corporate citizenship through our People Council, which oversees talent development and culture building initiatives. The Council leads initiatives and improvement of process simplification, digital capabilities upskilling and culture promotion within Haleon Indonesia.

As part of the People Council agenda, we look into different types of employee activities, learning and development programs, and better ways of working. Sport activity is also one of the regular activities that we provide to our employees, such as futsal, tennis, yoga, basketball, muay thai, golf and many more. Celebrating successes together, fun competitions and CSR events are other activities that really boost our high engagement.

Health & Well-being @Haleon

Health and well-being are fundamental aspects in our company, hence it is critical to have policies that support these aspects. At Haleon, we provide 6-month parental leave for new parents and legal guardian. We want to ensure that they have sufficient time to adjust to their new life stages. In addition, caregiver leave (4 weeks of paid leave) is also provided for our employees who are tending to their immediate family member(s) who have a serious health condition.

True to our purpose, we also look into opportunities to give back to our communities. One-day paid volunteer leave can be used for our employees who want to support charitable or non-profit organizations in their local community.

We also provide a series of well-being programs, such as Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and courses related with mindfulness which are open for our all employees to help them maintain and manage their well-being.

Through performance by choice working arrangements, our people can also have the flexibility to arrange their working arrangements – whether working from home, in the office or anywhere else.

Once a month, we have “Friweys” and “No Meeting Days” in line with our commitment to support employees’ well-being by giving them space and time to focus on what matters most, and to use that time for other self-development activities, such as learning.
