Employee Self Service
The objective of Employee Self Service is to make all processes more accessible, with one integrated system to the employee master data., Thus, employees can make personal data updates directly from anywhere because this system is accessible for employee devices (laptops, HP, tablets).

Leave Management
We build Leave Management System to create a new digitalization experience for all employees, even those with non-system-system users. All of the information about leave balance and submission is available in their hand. With this process, employee visible to check their balance leave and progress status submission go directly on their mobile phone, tablet, or laptop. And also, for special leave, they only need to attach the supporting document to make new exceptional leave submissions.

Kronos Mobile (Attendance Tool)
We now use Kronos Mobile, where employees can submit attendance from anywhere using their mobile phones. Not only that, but this platform also allows managers to be more aware of their team attendance. They can check their team's attendance time and location in real time. So any attendance submission can be validated directly by their manager. Kronos mobile is integrated with our system; the data accuracy will make a more valid payroll process aligned with our leave database. Moreover, This will also enhance employee discipline and compliance with attendance.

Employee Selling
In CCEP Indonesia, it's either we sell or help to sell, and we believe our people are our product's most vital ambassadors. As a part of the P&C team initiative to support company achievement on sales volume and revenue, we launched an employee selling program. This program provides employees with Special Discount, Favourable Purchase Limits, Real-time Home Delivery, and 3 Months Instalment services deduction in payroll. And also, all the processes use an integrated system, so the system will automatically proceed with the end-to-end process (starting submission to delivery).

E - Pay Slip
Now we have e-pay slips, which our employees will receive digitally through email. This will also apply to employees with no company email who can receive the title through their email. Several benefits from this process are we are having:
  • Better data protection/confidentiality (real-time to the employee receiving the payslip)
  • Cost savings (print cost, distribution cost, etc.)
  • Better people experience as employees can access it from their device
  • Better environmental support due to reduced paper usage
EMAP Submission & Monitoring
EMAP is an employee motorcycle assistance program, a kind of accommodation allowance given to employees.

Previously our EMAP proceeded manually (and the approval process still by email). Now it's being automated through E-Form for submission and approval by the system.

This will avoid any missed approval running in emails, make sure vehicle history is kept clear, and enhance monitoring for compliance (vehicle ownership, tax, license, etc.)
