Our A.Life Employee App features an “Appreciation Wall” where staff can express their appreciation for their colleagues. We also celebrate our employees' achievements with year-end appreciation gift bags and “Chill Relax Massages” to help them unwind and relax. We offer fitness and exercise classes to encourage staff to engage in physical activity and promote a healthy lifestyle. Our classes include yoga, meditation, and stretching classes.

Our FTClub Social Committee arranges regular activities and social gatherings, aiming to promote work-life balance and foster a positive impact on the company. We have an Employee Assistance Program that offers psychological, work, or life consultation services to employees and their family members 7/24/365.

We hold Quarterly Townhall Meetings with all employees to foster open and transparent communication, even when working remotely. Staff are encouraged to learn and grow through our monthly e-Learning program, which covers various training and seminar topics.
