We offer fitness and exercise classes to encourage staff to engage in physical activity and promote a healthy lifestyle. Our classes include yoga, meditation, and stretching classes.
Our FTClub Social Committee arranges regular activities and social gatherings, aiming to promote work-life balance and foster a positive impact on the company. We have an Employee Assistance Program that offers psychological, work, or life consultation services to employees and their family members 7/24/365.
We hold Quarterly Townhall Meetings with all employees to foster open and transparent communication, even when working remotely. Staff are encouraged to learn and grow through our monthly e-Learning program, which covers various training and seminar topics.
Healthy and Balanced Worklife We hold Health Seminars and run our "Grow Healthy Fruits Corner" program to share healthy eating tips and encourage our staff to lead a healthy life. We are dedicated to providing a healthy and balanced work environment that promotes employee well-being.
