One of our employees shared that animal charities were finding it tougher to obtain financial support amid the global pandemic and so we decided to help our furry friends in need.

Such an approach empowers our employees to nominate causes that are dear to them and gives them the opportunity to lead the project. This not only drives engagement but also enables our people to pick up skills such as project management and leadership.
