Connecting our People

When employees feel connected to their teams, positive impacts to the business are immeasurable. Deep and meaningful connections are fostered through a myriad of activities which we organise regularly for our employees. One of our most recent initiatives to promote cross-department engagement is the setup of an edible soilless green wall which encourages our people to come together to grow and harvest their own food, establish better eating habits, and find out more about the vegetables and herbs that they are growing.

Light-hearted thematic podcasts featuring senior management on their fatherhood journey and employees re-connecting at the workplace following the ease of restrictions encourage real talks which reinforces bonds that might have frayed during the pandemic.

Where Talents Evolve

Learning and development opportunities abound for our employees, who are empowered to actively search and enrol for programmes to enhance their skills. To help our employees understand and leverage the differences between multiple generations in the workplace, workshops on ‘Leading Across Generations’ were organised. Participants picked up useful skills in fostering effective communication across generations and methods to improve quality of results by leveraging the unique strengths of each generation.

Our high-potential employees are involved in cross department collaboration projects where they explore creative ways to capitalise on each other’s strengths and go beyond their comfort zones. The one-on-one coaching programme provides guidance and support, allowing them to learn and grow exponentially.
