WORLD-CLASS PEOPLE OPERATIONS

Successful companies are finding a way to measure both results and organisational health. Starting from 2021, we start measuring our organisational health with an Organisational Health Index (OHI). Training program for Middle managers and above has been conducted and an action plan to improve country OHI result has been initiated and implemented throughout the year.

We also constantly improve, automates and simplifies the HR processes with 8 new HR processes went live in 2022. The go-live help to simplify and automate processes on the system, thereby empowering employees, and management to make approvals on the system, increasing productivity and working efficiency. Our innovative workplace enables emerging talent to express their creativity and unique skills. Together, we’re changing the way people feel about insurance.
