Through a journey of 45 years of continuous development (1977 - 2022), generations of Binh Minh Plastics have tried their best to bring the Company up to become the leading enterprise in Vietnam specializing in production of PVC-U, HDPE, and PP-R plastic pipes and fittings used in water supply and drainage, infrastructure, construction, and civil works in the nation. We are always pioneers in applying modern management methods, and advanced production technologies in the world to produce and supply the market with high-quality products meeting the increasing demands of domestic consumers and being ready to compete in the regional and global markets.For Binh Minh Plastics, human resources is the center, the core, and an important factor determining the efficiency of production and business activities. Binh Minh Plastics always adheres to the principles of clarity, transparency, and fairness and is always creative, and innovative in the design and implementation of human resource policies.In addition to the continuous review and improvement in the building of job descriptions with specific, measurable criteria as well as develop and update the competency dictionary along with interviews and assessing the capacity of employees have become useful tools in human resource management activities at the Company.
Besides, the policy of ensuring income for employees is always focused on by leaders of Binh Minh Plastics when maintaining a higher average income than other companies in the plastic industry in particular and the manufacturing industry in general.
