VST ECS (Thailand) was established in Thailand in 1988. As Thailand's leading distributor of ICT products, VST ECS (Thailand) has built an extensive distribution network of over 6,000 dealers across Thailand to distribute the comprehensive range of IT products and solutions. VST ECS (Thailand) adheres to the spirit of continuous innovation and pursuit of excellence and works with upstream and downstream partners to create a digital Asia.

Over the past 35 years, VST ECS (Thailand) has consistently focused on developing and promoting employees to enhance their overall quality of life, firmly believing that "employees play a vital role for sustainable organization success." VST ECS therefore has implemented a strategy to adopt a hybrid working model, leveraging technology to enhance employee efficiency, and has developed strategies to address employee quality of life by focusing on employee engagement and employee experience through 4 dimensions of wellbeing; Mental, Career, Social, and Physical.

1. Mental Matters

VSE ECS believes that mental health literacy is the foundation for excellent mental health. Accordingly, VST ECS aims to strengthen employees' resilience through a variety of learning tools, continually delivering up-to-date knowledge about mental health care to ensure that employees possess the necessary skills to assess and manage their own mental health. Furthermore, every quarter, the Company hold stress management workshops for employees, enabling them to enhance their self-awareness and improve their self-management skills, which are vital for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The Employee Assistance Program, operated by the Company's clinical psychologists, is another mental health care program at VST ECS. EAP is designed to provide confidential and professional support to employees facing personal and/or work-related challenges that may impact their wellbeing and job performance. Employees can schedule individual session with psychologist on days and at times that are convenient for them.

2. Learning and Development throughout Employee’s Life Cycle

VST ECS encourages employees to take an active role in planning and developing their careers. Our Learning and Development System facilitates continuous learning and improvement at every stage of employee lifecycle. Additionally, VST ECS prioritizes the recruitment of talented individuals and the succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline.

The Learning Portal and Development Guides Library provide all employees with equal access to self-development resources at any time. They can track their learning and development through the Employee Career Path & Development Dashboard, which offers a structured roadmap for reaching their full potential. All these tools aimed at empowering employees to learn and grow potentially and sustainably, together with VST ECS.

3. Social Connection in a Positive Workplace

VST ECS continually aims to foster a working environment that positively impacts employees' overall happiness. Social gathering events, such as Random Acts of Kindness Day, along with various club activities—such as running, badminton, golf, and table tennis—, and the Marketplace@VST ECS which allows employees to sell their goods and products during times and spaces provided are all play a vital role in promoting connection among employees.

4. Physical Wellbeing is a Foundation

To enhance employee’s physical health, VST ECS strives to provide facilities that foster a supportive environment, encouraging and facilitating healthy behaviors. An office gym, after-work aerobics programs, and a simulated golf course are equitably available to all. Employees can easier access amenities that help them maintain excellent physical health without the need for travel or the expense of club memberships.
