ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

QI Group adheres to sustainable practices in its business and operations. We support the UN Sustainable Development Goals to reduce the harmful impact on the environment and advocate for a greener world.

Through our green legacy global reforestation programme, in partnership with tree planting organisations, we have planted more than 15,000 trees in 10 countries so far.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we are a meat-free organisation and have banned single-use plastic in all our offices.

Our strategic product development and supply chain also implement environmentally responsible practices to minimise waste and increase efficiency.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR CAREER DEVELOPMENT

Talent development has always been one of our key priorities. We encourage continuous learning and offer training sponsorships and programmes that contribute to our employees' career advancement and growth.

We introduced the reverse mentorship programme in 2021 in our Hong Kong office, where our Gen Z staff mentor our Chiefs or department heads.
