Dah Chong Hong (DCH) is a conglomerate headquartered in Hong Kong with 70+ years of experience and deep roots across 13 Asian economies. There are over 16,000 employees in the region. DCH values employees and aims to attract talents to join their big family. To groom and develop future leaders, DCH launched the DCH Internship Program (DIP) and participated in different job experience programs to explore the channels for hiring young talents in 2023/2024.
To make the new joiners feel welcomed and get familiar with workplace, HR Department organizes an intensive office tour to introduce the facilities and help the new joiners navigate their way through the new workplace. Apart from that, they also rolled out a 90-day Onboarding Journey, which guides through a new joiner to understand and adapt the company culture.
DCH also emphasizes on the development of the employees. They organize various learning & development programs which covered all levels of employees, for example, the mentorship scheme, Mini-MBA and PAPI assessment, for them to get equipped and improve the performance.
