Employee Engagement

Vietjetors are encouraged to participate in cohesive activities, maintain their mental and physical health to increase productivity, wellbeing and happiness at work. Vietjet usually organizes activities to create engagement among all members, such as sports (Vietjet Basketball Club, Vietjet Football League), e-sports, professional competitions (The Voice of Vietjet). Cultural activities during the Holidays/Tet and special events of the company are held regularly and are modified according to members' feedback.
