Company Introduction
We were established in 2003 under the name Indochina Group. On March 24th, 2023, we officially announced a rebranding to become RT Holdings and operate under the parent company-subsidiary model, with a strategic focus on investing in three core sectors: Education, Trade and Support Services, and International Investment.RT Holdings presently employs close to 1,000 multilingual employees from different nations. In an effort to establish ourselves as a leading and powerful conglomerate in Vietnam, we position ourselves as a comprehensive yet expanded ecosystem, strong in scale and diversified in service offerings. RT Holdings currently has 20 subsidiary companies and operations in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.


The human resources initiatives implemented in the years 2022 – 2023
"Human Strategy" serves as the core of all developmental initiatives.Enhance internal training methods.
- Establish the Main Office Headquarters as the site of a Training Center, which will start operating in January 2024.
- Apply the LIFOW Approach (Learning-In-The-Flow-Of-Work Approach) to the internal training for departments and units, in which, CANVAS will act as an essential auxiliary platform.
- Revise the Onboarding Program with courses that blend online, offline, and blended learning, spanning a duration of 2 to 6 months based on hierarchical levels, supplanting the previous Orientation activities for new employees.
- Increase the efficiency and evaluation of regular training exercises, such as PD Week and Monthly PD Day.
- Expand training sessions and guidance on utilizing tools and software resources for staff.
Expand training courses featuring experts through monthly topics for the teaching staff and quarterly subjects for office staff:
- Talk shows and workshops with participation from educational experts, management specialists, and psychological consultants.
- Short-term specialized courses in collaboration with program-administering educational units.
- Advanced training programs in teaching methodologies and specialized professional practices.
- Extend the offering of overseas training courses for both teaching staff and general employees.
Emphasize Corporate Culture
- Online competitions are aimed at facilitating employees opportunities to showcase their talents, promoting organizational culture, fostering cohesion, and enhancing work morale.
- Domestic and international Team-Building trips serve to rejuvenate employees' work spirit, enhance camaraderie among team members, provide a conducive environment for collaboration, and elevate work efficiency.
- Gift-giving on various festive occasions manifests concern and gratitude towards employees throughout their engagement with the Group.
- Monthly birthday celebrations demonstrate personalized care for each individual, offering all employees an opportunity to gather, converse, and extend mutual birthday wishes.
- Recognizing the long-service tenure of laborers expresses appreciation for those who have remained committed to the Group for an extended period while simultaneously motivating other members to continue their partnership and contribute to the Group.
- Honoring teachers/staff members for outstanding achievements at the end of the academic year through specialized awards, recognition of dedication, and similar methods is a means of honouring, inspiring, and invigorating the work ethos of the entire workforce.
