A – Introduction of Pepperl+FuchsWith a long history of establishment since 1945 by Walter Pepperl and Ludwig Fuchs as a radio repair workshop in Mannheim, nowadays, Pepperl+Fuchs is known around the world as a pioneer and an innovator in electrical explosion protection and sensor technology. As a member of Pepper+Fuchs Global, the first Pepperl+Fuchs (Vietnam) factory was established in 2007 and was put into operation in February 2009 with the land use area of 7364.2 m2 (production space 9,792 m2 / 4 levels)
With the increase of demand in sensors, the second Pepperl+Fuchs (Vietnam) factory with the size of 19,220 sqm, also belongs to Pepperl+Fuchs (Vietnam) Co., Ltd, was built and put into operation in early July 2022.
Leadership mindset is Pepperl+Fuchs core values. It is the heart of our company culture and it is clearly explained to every employee from day one. By promoting PF LMS to all employees, we have created a cohesive and positive work culture . In order to make our “Leadership mindset” a reality, being part of all key processes and programs, we organized Leadership mindset conventions…. and included it into our team building activities . . .
Communication is one of our employee engagement strategies. In order to keep our employees on track and stay connected, we provide clear communication of company vision, mission, goals, via quarterly coffee and talk with operators and every six months once for town hall meeting with staff to keep them updated with company business progress.
Several Global communication channels have kept P+F employees around the World communicated with each other such as Dialogue between Top management and local management teams via their business trips to each country; P+F NET for P+F employees to share good practices and experiences . . . ; Quarterly People + Facts – The Global digital employee magazine to update information to P+F employees . . . .
We have a clear onboarding plan for new hires so that new hires can catch up quickly with company business. Get them engaged with company from their 1st day.
In order to help the employee get to know each other better, enhance collaboration among cross functional department, we organize Team Building & Team Bonding including Company Trip.
Work-life balance is an important aspect of a healthy work environment. Work-life balance helps reduce stress and helps prevent burnout in the workplace. So, encourage the work-life balance is also our company employee engagement strategy.

- Provide medical rooms and basic medicine in each floor for minor illnesses
- Invite medical professionals from clinic to the site for flu vaccination yearly
- Arrange health care check-up with good package at international clinic for advanced diagnoses yearly
- Offer health insurance package for health claim of both out and in – patient, 24/24 accident, term life
- Provide one health topic delivered by doctor/ medical expert at the site quarterly
3. Food & Drink
- Lean and comfortable space of canteen that offer direct & immediate cooking & eating
- Buffet concept that offers variety of meal food for multi-choice & self – service
