Under the dedicated management of our Managing Partner – Ms. Huyen Nguyen and integrated team of 4 Partners across services, Mazars continues to focus on providing value-added financial consulting services which aim at delivering tailor-made solutions and services to our clients and people in a rapidly changing environment. Considering talent as the most valuable asset, Mazars Vietnam’s HR strategy focuses on delivering long-term values to employees through providing a professional and international working environment, attractive remuneration and promotion policies, and the conditions and opportunities for individuals to develop their own abilities.

Regarding our remuneration policy, all staffs are paid according to skills, qualifications, experience, and personal attributes. Mazars conducts periodic Staff Performance Reviews and all staffs are interviewed on annual basis. Remuneration adjustment and promotion may result from the Performance Review. As for annual leave, Staffs are entitled to eighteen (18) days, while Managers and higher levels are entitled to twenty (20) days.

Along with bonding parties and annual dinners, we also engage our team in various teambuilding activities, out-door meetings, flexible remote-working policy and others with the hope to close the line between staffs at different level. Mazars Vietnam Partners with global professional accounting bodies such as ACCA, ICAEW, CPA Australia, etc. We support our professional staff by covering the cost of examination fees charged by these institutes.

Staffs are also encouraged to undertake appropriate courses of study at educational institutions and with professional bodies, which are subject to the guidelines of Mazars’ staff training policy.
