These achievements include the recognition as one of the "Best companies to work for in Asia” voted by Asia's top Human Resources magazine - HR Asia 2022; expanding the growth of international collaboration with Long Thanh Vientiane - a special economic zone to strengthen the friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Laos; succeeding in gaining trust and complete assurance when establishing a chain of housing complexes in prominent locations with CapitaLand (Singapore) and Maeda Jimusho (Japan).

Aside from that, company has become a successful investor and developer of complex resort and entertainment projects, such as KN Paradise Cam Ranh and the urban area of Bien Hoa New City, that have the potential to become regional and global attractions. As well, the company has started running the third golf course, which was designed by Greg Norman - a famous golfer around the world. This project is widely considered to be the best in the Asia-Pacific area.
