WE ARE HHLC-QLM
Hoang Ha Label Co (QLM Vietnam) has a long history in Vietnam, established originally in 1995, and obtained our official printing licence in 1997 to become Vietnam’s first PRIVATE label manufacturer to utilise Letterpress technology.In 2012, HHLC joined the QLM Label Makers Group. The QLM Group was established in Australia in 1973 by David & Del Pugh and has grown to become one of Asia Pacific’s leading label manufacturers, utilising modern printing, converting technology, and a skilled professional team to provide you with printing excellence that is Quality Assured to International Standard: AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015.
Our team provides a comprehensive support network for all aspects of our business from account management and sales, graphic design, superior manufacturing, right through to customer service and ongoing support long after the labels are delivered.

In 2020-2021, the pandemic affected us in numerous ways and challenged us to find ways to brighten our employees' smiles while wearing face masks. At Hoang Ha Label Co (QLM Vietnam) , mask-on can never hide our smiles away, and we go above and beyond to provide staff with full support and engagement events to workers who work isolatedly in the factory during the lockdown or from home, both electronically and physically.

We continue to improve our employee experience by conducting Staff Satisfaction Surveys on a regular basis, in addition to supporting a flat structure with close contact between the management team and staff. We also offer a casual dress policy, flexible working hours, and plenty of vacant workstations to encourage flexibility. We also highlight the diversity and equality in working culture by offering the same opportunities to all employees regardless of nationalities, gender or age.
Our top priorities are our employees’ safety and comfort
Given the current COVID-19 scenario, we will keep staff up to date on the latest developments and will offer periodic updates. We will also notify workers about places in high danger at any given moment, and we will have them work from home if they live in the impacted region.
Furthermore, we provide employees the option of working from home if they want to give flexibility while also minimising their risk through commuting.
A convenient pantry is built in to enhance our employees' comfort while working here with Hoang Ha Label Co (QLM Vietnam). Their physical health is also our concern. That’s why we brought a fully equipped-gym to our office.
