WORLD-CLASS PEOPLE OPERATIONSSuccessful companies are increasingly finding ways to measure both their results and organizational health. Since 2021, we have implemented our organizational health measurement using the Organizational Health Index (OHI). We have conducted training programs for mid-level managers and above, and throughout the year, we have initiated and implemented an action plan to enhance our country's OHI results.
In the Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement Survey conducted in 2022, FWD Vietnam achieved a new record in employee engagement with a score of 4.66, resulting in 84% of our employees in the 'Engaged' category. When benchmarked against the Global Finance and Insurance industry, our engagement scores advanced from the 79th percentile to the 82nd percentile. This achievement serves as strong evidence of our unwavering efforts over the years to build and sustain a high level of employee engagement and motivation, ultimately making FWD a better place to work for.
