Established in 1994, FPT IS is a leading solution and product developer, system integrator, and IT service provider in Vietnam and the region. The company’s competence and reputation spans across a wide range of fields, including: Government, Telecommunications, Banking – Finance, Health, Education, Transport, Public finance, Energy, Enterprise, with a network of more than 3,000 customers and 20 global technology partners. FPT IS promotes the adoption of new technologies in HR activities by 100% digitalizing all touch points from Onboarding, Integration, to Leaving. The company inherits digital platforms of the Corporation such as the OKR goal management system, MyFPT application for employees with major functions of reward and penalty. In addition, FPT IS adopts Made-by-FPT-IS solutions into internal governance such as the FIS Insight application, which allows to perform operations including time attendance, business trip schedule confirmation, access to knowledge base, internal training system,… in an easy and convenient way. The company also adopts entire digital signing with FPT.eSign solution, and digitalizes 100% of working processes with FPT SPro solution, ePayment payment system…
