Employee is the most valuable resource of Far Eastern Polytex Vietnam. So we launch a talent pool building project, define the talent gaps in our organization, streamline our recruitment process, develop effective talent acquisition strategies to target and attract the right candidates, we also review our onboarding process to improve new comers’ experience. Apart from this, we conduct People (Talent) review based on org goal, design career path planning for potential talent and Incentive program for retaining talent and increasing the retention rate.

What we do in the digital era? We designed the specific training for the digital topic, such as HR transformation and Technology application, AI manufacturing and Data Science. We provide related training for how to use chatGPT and Power BI.
