INTRODUCTION
Led by Rodolphe Saadé, the CMA CGM Group, a global player in sea, land, air and logistics solutions, serves more than 420 ports around the world on five continents. Backed by a fleet of 593 vessels, the Group transported 21.7 million TEU containers (twenty-foot equivalent units) in 2022. With its subsidiary CEVA Logistics, and CMA CGM AIR CARGO, the CMA CGM Group is continually innovating to offer a complete and efficient range of new shipping, land, air and logistics solutions.CMA CGM Group’s shipping business has been operating in Vietnam since 1989, through our agency CMA-CGM Vietnam JSC - with 31 shipping services that call 7 ports along the coast of Vietnam, offering intermodal connections mainly by barge in South Vietnam.

Employees are CMA CGM Group’s greatest asset; they are highly valued and appreciated.During the pandemic, our employees worked safely from home, in line with the local regulations depending on the nature of the work. Since 2022, CMA CGM Vietnam implemented flexible working arrangements for our employees to work one day a week away from the office. To enable a smooth transition to a hybrid work model, they have been provided with a telework guide and reliable digital tools.
All employees have access to health and insurance coverage through the Group’s insurance.

The Group strongly believes in open communication.We value employees’ well-being and provide the necessary support, especially during the pandemic period.
