INTRODUCTION

An Du Netpayment Corp., (Mercedes-Benz An Du or An Du) was established in 1995 and became the first sales agent of Mercedes-Benz Vietnam in the Northern area. Over the years, An Du has consistently and successfully grown the business to achieve the highest honor as Dealer Of The Year from Mercedes-Benz Vietnam.

We aim to bring German standards to Vietnamese people by providing high-end luxury Mercedes-Benz products and services along with differential experiences. Now, we have expanded our business to every city and province in Vietnam with 5 branches located in Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Ha Long city in Quang Ninh and Nha Trang city in Khanh Hoa.

From 5 people at the beginning, now we have nearly 350 staffs and this number is expected to increase to 500 employees in 2025.

We are luckily inherited the global training system of Mercedes-Benz Group AG (former Daimler AG), our employees participate in inherited globally standardized certified training courses, such as:

• C-Sales, C-Service Advisor courses for Consultants,
• Long-term technical skills training courses for Maintenance, System and Diagnosis Technicians,
• C-Management course for Directors, Managers…

In addition, as a member company of Gami Group, we conveniently use resources from the Gami Training Institute to educate, train and build up the Future Leaders. We conduct rotation policy and give potential people the challenged opportunities in brand new market or paramount projects of digitalization. In An Du, people are encouraged to make proposals about their own career path and contribute ideas and recommendation for organizational improvement.

SHARING VALUES TO SOCIETY

Every year, we organize a series of charity program called “Nâng bước em tới trường” to help poor children in mountainous and remote areas to be able to go to school. Along with the development of our company, the charity programs are expanded the scale and help more and more children, for example:

• 2020: Donation for poor students in flood zone in central provinces of Vietnam.
• 2021: School renovation in Quang Ninh.
• 2022: New school construction (elementary & preschool) in Ha Giang.
• 2023: Construction of a new kindergarten in Ha Giang.

With the strong believe that children are the future of our country, we do hope that every single child in Vietnam embraces the chance to be raised and study. Our charity program will contribute a small portion to bring them better education conditions and create meaningful impacts to society.

CONCLUSION
