Interesting HR Initiatives in 2022/2023

  • Hybrid working - With the goal of increasing overall productivity, providing flexibility in work location, and to better support our employees.
  • Recharge Day - This company-wide shut down allows employees to focus on their well-being, by giving them a chance to reset and recharge.
  • Internal Mobility - SAS has and always will put the employee at the center of everything we do. To support you in your growth and development, opportunities for both vertical and lateral growth, skill development, exposure to new teams and project assignments are available.
  • Career Circles – This program is intended to help employees align who they are and what they do. These small groups meet six times over 10 weeks and provide employees with support in clarifying and setting their career goals (based on their personal values, strengths, passions, skills, and interests). This program is a great investment of time and energy to clarify what fulfillment looks like to you and determine a career plan.
  • Career Mentoring - This six-month program is ideal for anyone who would appreciate the advice of an ongoing mentor to help them achieve their development and career goals. The mentors who have an interest in sharing their experience and/or give back to others.
