HR Strategies Implemented

Since beginning of 2022, we have transformed our organization into this era that move faster, more digital engagement, so we can deliver breakthroughs for patients faster and more precision.

To get people ready for the change by have series of capability and growth mindset sessions to inspire to win in the transforming world, creating colleague's internship program to learn cross function works and business acumen, etc. In parallel, we focus on colleague engagement via these implementations.
  • Growth @ Pfizer
    We trust growth can be every direction, not only climbing the ladder. We support people to grow by their career aspirations which are growing in role, growing horizontal, growing diagonal, and growing vertical.

    In 2022, there are 61 promotions and assignment changes with 3 diagonal movements from internal talent building system by capture and tracking growth path from colleagues’ conversation with managers about their growth journey which are zig-zag Growth Aspirations, the next Growth Experience they will pursue, and how their manager will support them in their Growth Journey.

    As we are able to gather after Covid 19 pandemic, we started to set up internal joyful activities
  • Wellness
    We support physical, mental, and emotional well-being via many activities such as step challenge, world mental health day internal event, etc. Also, we elaborate recognitions and rewards to each other by implemented Pfizer’s first global rewards and recognition program! This points-based program allows colleagues to praise other colleagues or teams for consistently demonstrating our values, driving business goals, and going above and beyond our normal work duties to achieve our objectives.

LGBTQ+ new benefit

On supporting and ensuring Diversity Equity & Inclusion effort include LGBTQ+ and domestic partner, Pfizer Thailand had expanded Eligibility for Medical Coverage to LGBTQ+ (same sex spouse) and Domestic Partner (for colleagues who are in a long-term relationship but doesn’t have marriage certificate)

In 2023 organization pulse survey, it shown that 91% of Pfizer Thailand colleagues are proud to work for Pfizer Thailand and your work contributes to Pfizer purpose with the score of 95%. Moreover, 90% of people agree they have opportunity to grow, and their experiences aligned with career goals. This measure symbolizes our success in our HR initiatives, which we take great pride in.
