KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited was established on June 8, 1945, with registered capital of Baht 5 Million and only 21 employees. Our first office is now the Thanon Sua Pa Main Branch. We showed healthy performance after only six months in operation. As of December 31, 1945, or at the end of our first accounting period, KBank recorded total deposits of 12 Million Baht, assets of 15 Million Baht.

Throughout the past 70 years, we have always strived to develop our organization and offer financial product initiatives plus excellent service delivery to match our slogan, “Towards Service Excellence.”

Work that FITS



For the past few years, we made sure to focus our efforts on hybrid working by implementing the “Work that FITS” concept. Work that FITS is about “creating Flexibility and Impact based on Trust without compromising Security ,”. The overview of this strategy is to lay down the principles and then take actions to transform our way of work from within; what we called the shift from KBank’s conventional way of working (“FIXED”) to hybrid work style (“FITS”). However, the Work That FITS is not the transformation from the traditional 9-to-5 office-based work environment to Hybrid working style that responds to the future of work that our employees and the future talents need only. It was, in fact, thoughtfully designed in a way that employee’s well-being is put at the heart of the strategy because KBank believes that personnel are our most valuable assets.

We also made sure to enforce the motto “textPOSSIBILITY TO MAKE AN IMPACT”. Future Plans to Improve

As AI technology becomes increasingly demanding for the upcoming years, we see HR functions incorporating technology to accommodate for these changes. This year, one of KBank’s prime focus is on HR digitization to uplift HR services and create a seamless connection between people and data; thus, reducing complexities and producing a lean process for better employee experience. In the long run, we expect to use AI technology to improve people’s capabilities by including these elements into our re-skilling plan. We expect these improvements to increase effectiveness, performance, and productivity.

Strategies to Attract New Talent

To attract new talent, one of many initiatives KBank introduced is the “textK Wealth Next Gen” Program which is a new one-year development program with fast-track career growth and mentorship from KBank experts for those who are interested in wealth products. Throughout the journey, talents will be provided with knowledge and support to obtain licenses and many other packages.
