The spirit of ‘banking with purpose’ is firmly embedded in every single step of Krungsri journey to business success as a Domestic Systemically Important Bank (D-SIB) and a responsible bank.

Krungsri’s steadfast financial innovation enhancement addresses the double materiality that entrenches ESG considerations into business value creation, underpinned by Krungsri Carbon Neutrality Vision while resonating with our strategic thrusts toward economic, social, and environmental sustainability.

Great synergies between Krungsri’s strengths and MUFG’s global excellence, together with business partnerships, hold great promise for empowering the country in achieving sustainable development goals.

Our commitment to be the "Best Place to Work" extends beyond words. We actively invest in the development of our employees, promote a growth mindset, and prioritize their well-being. By doing so, we aim to create a workplace where our employees can thrive, contribute to the success of the organization, provide exceptional service to our customers and be happy. As we move forward into the future, we will continue to adapt and evolve our strategies to meet the changing needs of our employees and ensure their continued growth and success within Krungsri.

At Krungsri, we offer global opportunities and foster employee development through diverse learning approaches. We prioritize employee well-being, offering flexible working arrangements and simplifying work life with technology. Furthermore, we embrace differences and empower all employees to share their ideas for business collaboration as well as to enhance their sense of belonging.

We believe that a happy, healthy, and engaged workforce is pivotal for achieving organizational success. To support excellence, we actively invest in reskilling, upskilling, and remodeling talent and succession plans, encouraging employees to remain motivated and committed to their best performance.

We have developed various learning programs to equip our workforce with the necessary skills to thrive in an ever-changing landscape. Initiatives like the 'TRANSCEND' and 'TRANSITION' programs are designed for Krungsri executives to lead in the age of digital disruption and take our organization to the next level. Furthermore, we have established programs like the 'Krungsri School of Data' and 'Krungsri School of Digital and Tech' to enhance data literacy and digital and technology skills respectively. Additionally, the 'People Manager 101' program deepens executives' understanding of their role in managing teams, promoting compliance culture, and fostering the Krungsri culture. We have also created Manager's Toolkits to provide managers with the necessary tools to create positive working environments and effectively lead their teams. To enable flexible learning, we offer digital learning courses that can be accessed anytime, anywhere, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

To respond to the needs of our employees on the new way of work after Covid Situation, we launched "Hybrid work" as BAU since 1 August 2022 as we acknowledge the benefits of the hybrid work model, which combines physical and remote working arrangements.

In line with our digital transformation journey that was aligned with the new way of work, we have prioritized the development of features and services on the KarE application to enhance the employee experience and engagement. The application now includes features such as 'Work Check-in' for real-time workforce management, planning, and monitoring, and 'IT Service' to empower employees to reset their passwords independently. Employees can also access online learning and development channels through features like 'KLC' (Krungsri Learning Companion) and 'SuperSkills'. Additionally, the 'Mordee' feature allows employees to receive online healthcare and medical services through telemedicine, eliminating the need for upfront medical payments. These digital enhancements provide employees with convenience, efficiency, and flexibility.
Krungsri is continuously striving to enhance the employee experience and foster greater engagement. In line with this commitment, we have exciting plans for future features. One notable addition is the KarE application, designed to provide better care for our employees. To streamline and expedite employee inquiries, we are expediting the implementation of the 'HR Service' feature. This feature will introduce an automated response system called HR chat KarE na (Chat Bot). Employees will be able to seek assistance and receive prompt resolutions for various topics. This proactive approach ensures that issues are addressed swiftly, contributing to a smoother working experience. Additionally, we are currently in the process of developing the Krungsri Online Shop & Marketplace. This innovative channel aims to facilitate employee convenience by enabling them to order a wide range of company products online, including popular items like polo shirts and more. With a focus on ensuring secure payment methods and swift delivery, employees can have their desired products conveniently delivered to their homes.

Through these strategies and approaches, Krungsri is committed to creating an environment that prioritizes employee satisfaction, convenience, happiness, and engagement. We believe that by providing these enhancements, we can continue to foster a positive and supportive workplace culture. Stay tuned for these exciting developments as we strive to elevate the employee experience at Krungsri.
