Learning & Development
With the concept of “Own Your Development at Allianz”, our own in-house university, "Allianz U", offers a comprehensive curriculum of world-class learning programs both on-line and off-line solutions targeted at all levels including aspiring leaders. We aim to build leaders that demonstrate our People Attributes, positively shape our culture, and deliver on our strategy.

#LEAD is our extensive Global Leadership Development Program which offers proven tools and techniques to support our leaders to grow their teams. Talent Attraction
We also have “the Young Actuarial Program", established in early 2023. This program aims to build the young actuarial pool to support current businesses and build a pipeline for actuary-related roles by recruiting fresh graduates with minimal or no work experience. We provide these young actuaries with intensive development programs with well-balanced development approaches of education like training programs for functional and soft skills programs, exposure like being mentored by the CXO, and quarterly catching up with the CEO to present or update the project they are working on. The main highlight of this program is not only getting exposure with the management, but they will also be assigned to work on special projects, both functional projects and cross-functional projects or company-wide projects that create an impact at the organization level and work cross-functionally with others.

We drive employees’ behavior change to be friendlier to environment; do waste sorting in daily basis, improve waste management in our office, drive save energy & water awareness. We also initiate paperless programs to reduce the use of paper in our routine works.

In addition, we’ve partnered with Scholars of Sustenance (SOS) to initiate the first Cloud Food Bank in Thailand, cloudfoodbank.org, to be a platform to connect donors and beneficiaries, to match the needs and the surplus. We delivered more than 200 thousand meals via this platform in 2023. Other social activities include Allianz World Run to support social charity organizations, Rescue Kitchen to provide quality meals to in-need communities, Blood Donation, and unused stuff donations to share to organizations or persons in-needs.
