Internally, our focus lies in enhancing employee well-being, skills development, and a positive workplace culture through our HR initiatives and practices. This includes implementation of training programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, wellness activities, provision of career development opportunities, and looking into innovative employee engagement activities. The company progressively reviews Employee Engagement strategies to enhance our employees’ welfare and career growth within the organization.
Facilitating employee feedback is crucial for the organization to identify areas of concern. As such, we tapped into channels such as ‘Flash Pulse’ surveys, Quarterly Townhall meetings and coaching programs to assess the overall employee sentiments and wellbeing status. This helped TDCX to quickly identify critical areas of strengths and/or for improvement. From our survey as of 31 Dec 2023, we achieved an overall employee score at 79% and 81.4% acknowledging our efforts in empowerment and inclusion respectively. This result revealed optimistically that our employees have felt valued, supported, and motivated in the company, which we believe contributed to the company's overall productivity and success.
The survey also highlighted programs and activities that our employees considered TDCX(SG) a great place to work in. This includes employee engagement activities such as festive and milestone celebrations, internal and external training programs that develop and nurture our employees, diversity and inclusion initiatives that cater to various needs, accessibility to in-house career coach for career planning, and corporate social efforts that gives back to the communities. These emphasized the importance TDCX (SG) had placed in motivating our employees through trust, culture, social responsibility awareness and recognition of their learning needs and contributions.
Taking a leap into the future, the Company strives to further enable our people through the creation of more training opportunities to enhance skillsets for the future and streamlining internal processes for greater efficiency.
