HR Initiatives that Moomoo SG has implemented in 2023:

  • Improving the onboarding experience: A quarterly New Hire Orientation has been initiated for all new hires of the quarter, getting stakeholders from respective departments to conduct sharings and management to address the new hires.
  • Employee training & development: Onboarded a 3rd party vendor platform to provide employee training and professional development. Employees have full access to skill development coursework.
