On 18 July 2022, Haleon demerged from GSK and listed as an independent company on the London and New York stock exchanges. Haleon is the result of the combination of three consumer health businesses, GSK, Novartis and Pfizer, over the last decade.

Platforms such as our Keep Growing Campus, an online learning platform, which enables our employees to learn anytime and anywhere; and other leadership / technical development platforms which can be a mix of both offline (face to face) and online channels and platforms.

We instill this culture by embedding corporate citizenship through our People Council, which drives talent development and culture building initiatives across the organization. The People Council leads projects and initiatives related to process simplification, digital transformation & upskilling, as well as culture building and promotion. The People Council agenda, centers on marrying employee engagement activities with learning, development, process improvement and forwarding positive social impact. Specific projects include Corporate Social Responsibility programs in partnership with Smile Train, where we bring smiles back to the faces of children with clefts; Team building activities to develop better ways of working, and Sustainability Projects in partnership with the Plastic Flamingo, where we collect/recover and recycle plastic wastes, just to name a few.
Health & Well-being @HaleonHealth and well-being are fundamental aspects in Haleon as a healthcare company, hence it is critical to have policies that support these aspects. At Haleon, we provide 6-month parental leave for new parents and legal guardians as we want to ensure that everyone is afforded sufficient support to adjust every time they have important family milestones such as giving birth (natural means or surrogacy) and adoption. In addition, Haleon also provides Caregiver Leave (4 weeks of paid leave) for our team members who are tending to their immediate family member(s) who have serious health conditions.
True to our purpose, we also look into opportunities to give back to our communities so we also provide One-day paid volunteer leave which team members can use to support causes that they care about – be it a charitable institution, or any non-profit organization within their local communities.
We also provide a series of well-being programs, such as Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and courses related to mindfulness which are open for all our employees to help them maintain and manage their well-being at work, and in life.
Through performance by choice working arrangements, our team members also have the flexibility to work from home, work on-site, or even work anywhere.
Once a month, we also have “No Meeting Days” to give our team members time to focus to do what matters most, and use the time for other self-development activities, such as e-learning.
