About Us
McDonald's entered the Indonesian market in 1991 by opening its first restaurant in Sarinah, Thamrin Jakarta. In 2009, PT. Rekso Nasional Food (RNF), a subsidiary of Rekso Group, signed a Master Franchise Agreement with McDonald's International Property Company (MIPCO), granting the authorization to operate all McDonald's branded restaurants and set up new ones across Indonesia. As of today, PT. RNF has opened close to 300 McDonald's restaurants in various cities throughout Indonesia, supported by a workforce of over 15,000 employees nationwide. Through McDonald's Indonesia, PT. RNF remains fully committed to delivering top-notch customer service, providing forefront food quality, and generating significant benefits for the Indonesian public.
