We have Service Award to salutes team members when they complete five years of continuous service to FedEx and honors them at each subsequent five-year anniversary, the Bravo Zulu award to individuals within FedEx for outstanding performance beyond normal job expectations, The Humanitarian Award to recognises employees who reach out to others in times of need, exhibiting behaviour that goes above and beyond basic community responsibility, monthly Purple Promise Acknowledgement - the entry level recognition program which can be further nominated for the annual Purple Promise Award to recognises employees who consistently deliver superior customer service and make each and every FedEx experience outstanding, and also The Five Star award to recognises team members who have enhanced service and profitability and exemplified the spirit of teamwork.

Sustainability
At FedEx, we have a goal to achieve carbon neutral operations by 2040. Priority Earth is our initiative to get there. In Indonesia, we have a team spread across all FedEx Indonesia facilities, and have carried out several environmentally friendly activities. One way is to turn off the lights when not in use, especially during breaks. We also have started to wisely manage our waste at office by providing 2 types of trash bins according to the waste category (dry & wet) and delivering cassava bag to iftar sellers in the last Ramadhan.
