Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
CCEP Indonesia’s StrengthAs a company, we are committed to creating a workplace that makes everyone welcome to be themselves; we can accept each other differences and embrace them together as one team. With all our people's uniqueness, everyone can celebrate their strengths, and together, we can work hand in hand to reach the same goal of business performance, competitiveness, and growth.
In CCEP Indonesia, we focus on four main pillars: Multigeneration, Disability, Gender Diversity, and Culture Heritage.
- Multigeneration
Daily, we realize that we work with employees of different ages and backgrounds. We celebrate every moment with our employees to embrace diversity and inclusivity. In multigeneration, we conducted a campaign to share how amazing it is working with people from different generations. - Disability
Our goal in disability focus is to weave accessibility into the fabric of our company to empower all our colleagues to reach their full potential.
Moreover, we also support the government's definable program to embrace people with Disabilities by working together and nurturing a respectful working environment, infrastructure, and support system.
To support the readiness of our employees, we conducted 2 hours of virtual training on “Creating a ThisAbility – Inclusive Workplace” for our employees in the Cibitung area.
We also launched a digital module of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Series, with a sub-module Disability that can be accessed by all of our employees across CCEP Indonesia.
In 2022, We already have seven people with disabilities joining our company. We also actively involve them in raising awareness of Disability, such as sharing their success stories, applying them to celebrate the annual international disability day, and allowing them to join external recognition in the disability category. - Gender Diversity
In Gender Diversity, we aspire to add more women representatives and women leaders in our company.
With our current number of women employees, we wanted to make a strong community for our female employees to have support and develop their careers in CCEP Indonesia.
We are focusing on the Extend, Engage, and Lead pillars.
In Extend , we strengthen Women Warrior Communities, led by Women Champion in each operation. This will make sure our employee’s voices are heard through this representative. We can enhance our engagement score by 27 points compared to 2014 when we first started our journey.
In Engage , this community continues collaborating on engagement activities that accommodate our needs and voice through engagement surveys.
In Lead , we continue to develop leadership capabilities in women through programs divided by leadership level. We have FACE for Supervisors, AYBS for Manager Level & Women Leading for Senior Managers. We now have 38% of women at the senior management level, and 90% of our talent comes from these leadership programs. - Culture & Heritage
In Culture and Heritage, we empower our local and national culture and embed it in activities such as celebrations, religious training, and national activities. We also often became a benchmark for culture and heritage celebration in CCEP Global.
Always try to listen and answer employee's needs, then create a platform that is easy to operate and easily accessible anywhere and anytime, lastly have an eagerness to always provide better services to employees

Digital Transformation
Employee Self ServiceEmployee self-service itself makes all processes between employees and the company easier. Previously, employees needed to contact the P&C team to update their data, and after that, P&C will continue to process it. However, due to employee request load and validity data issues, we developed one integrated system, Employee Self Services. In this platform, employees can submit anywhere, anytime, and it's possible to access on any device (laptop, HP, tablet). There's no need for a VPN to access it, so employees have more visibility to check their last data update. This platform made the flow process in P&C more effective, with more robust validity data since the P&C team verification will follow employee submission through our people directory data.
Leave Management
Previously, employees who didn’t have company email couldn’t make submissions by themselves, so they needed other PICs to help submit their leave. But now, all employees can access their departure with mobile laptops, HP, and tablets, even if they don’t have company email. With this, employees can quickly check and monitor their leave balance. This system also helps users better control because supporting document leave (sick letter, marriage invitation, etc.) will be uploaded once employees submit a memorable holiday.
Kronos Mobile (Attendance Tool)
Previously, our attendance system was only available for our employees who work in a manufacturing plant. We also use several tools for attendance. Now, we use Kronos Mobile, where employees can submit attendance from anywhere using their mobile phones. Not only that, but this platform also allows managers to be more aware of their team attendance. They can check their team's attendance time location in real-time. So, any attendance submission can be validated directly by their manager. Kronos mobile is integrated with our system, the data accuracy will make a more valid payroll process, and it’s also aligned with our leave database. Moreover, This will also enhance employee discipline compliance on attendance.
Employee Selling
In CCEP Indonesia, we sell or help to sell, and we believe our people are our strongest product ambassadors. As a part of the P&C team initiative to support company achievement on sales volume and revenue, we launched an employee selling program. In this program, we provided employees with a special Discount, Favourable Purchase Limit, Real-time Home Delivery, and 3-month instalment services deduction in payroll.
Employees can register via the system, with the process continuing automatically from payment in payroll and home delivery process. Which employee will receive the program at home, a maximum of four days after submission?
Previously, we only conducted employee selling for considerable festive periods such as Ramadhan and Christmas. Now, we implement monthly employee selling for our employees to join anytime throughout the year. Through this program, we have supported CCEP to achieve more than 24 thousand UCs of sales volume and more than 1.5 billion rupiahs in revenue.
E - Pay Slip
Previously, the end-to-end process for Payslip was manual (from printing to distributing process for employees), and it is still processed in one spot. Now, we have an e-pay slip that our employees will receive digitally through email. This will also apply to employees with no company email who can receive the title through their email. Several benefits from this process a :
- Better data protection/confidentiality (real-time to the employee receiving the Payslip)
- Cost savings (print cost, distribution cost, etc.)
- Better people experience as employees can access it from their device
- Better environmental support due to reduced paper usage
EMAP is an employee motorcycle assistance program, an accommodation allowance given to employees.
Previously, our EMAP proceeded manually (and the approval process is still by email). Now, it's being automated through E-Form for submission and approval by the system.
This will avoid any missed approval running in emails, ensure vehicle history is kept clear, and enhance monitoring for compliance (vehicle ownership, tax, license, etc)
Empathy and Care
Employee Assistance ProgramAs a company, we believe that by focusing on the well-being of employees, we can shape our company culture to have a more vital and engaged employee, enabling us to grow and make a difference together.
In wellbeing, we have an Employee Assistance Program that focuses on four pillars: In Physical Wellbeing , we provide employees and families with a healthy lifestyle through health talk, sports classes, health monitoring
Mental well-being improves our resilience and maintains mental health through mental health talk, counseling, well-being assessment, etc.
They also need to feel secure in their financial future, so we provide knowledge to make our employees feel more confident to manage their economic life while preparing for the future. There's financial talk , an entrepreneur class, and legal and finance consultation.
Last is Spiritual Well-being, a diverse company regarding beliefs and religion; we would like to support them to raise awareness on the importance of connecting our beliefs/values into behavior through religious events, spiritual talks, or meditation.
We have 24-hour free hotline support for our employees. We have helped our employees with more than 170 (One hundred and Seventy) cases with more than 40 thousand participants.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Management Workshop
Mindfulness-Based Stress Workshop (MBSM) is a practical training workshop that educates participants regarding Stress and stress symptoms, Managing adverse outcomes of stress, Sources of stress in our surrounding environment, and Simple techniques to overcome anxiety.
We conduct the training adjusting with our function/business needs to reduce stress on employees and how to manage it. We invite professionals/psychologists to share how to reduce, manage, and overcome anxiety. We have participated by more than 60 participants and usually conduct this twice per semester.
Pre-Retirement Program
The last program is the Pre-Retirement program, designed for our employees who will retire during the year or three years towards retirement, having an early retirement, and an employee with medical unfit status.
They will run 3 phases consisting of a pre-entrepreneurship course for phase 1, conducted before the session.
Then, they will be invited to 2 days of training for phase 2 on the entrepreneurship course and phase 3 for entrepreneurship evaluation.
We will invite expert businesses to share sessions and materials in the course.
They will have a mentoring session and a final presentation during the evaluation.
As of now, we have 50 participants in this program, and we also hope that employees will have excellent preparation to enter the retirement period through this program.
