BINA NUSANTARA (BINUS), which literary means “Building the Archipelago”, has an aspiration to develop Indonesia through education. Co-founded by Joseph Wibowo, Widia Soerjaningsih, Bernard Gunawan, and Carmelus Susilo, it began with a home computer course in 1974. The institution has grown into a renowned educational institution.

To enable Binusians to work more efficiently, BINUS introduced a-brand new system, Workday, which replaced the previous HR and Finance systems in 2022-2023, so that BINUS can be better, smarter, and more aligned across its business locations. Workday not only improves the processes for those involved with HR or Finance tasks, it is also beneficial for everyone at BINUS.- EMPLOYEES are able to update their personal information, book time-off, view their pay-slips online, and submit expenses quickly and efficiently.
