OUR STAFF SAFETY & WELLNESS:
In order to strengthen the overall safety performance by launching more effective strategies, the Company has recently applied technology and innovative systems to find out safety keys and needs for different positions.Swire Coca-Cola HK has introduced Telematics driving safety system since 2020, which not only improves colleagues’ driving behaviour, but also effectively enhances operating efficiency. The Company also rolled out the Intenseye pilot scheme to install the AI system in the cameras in the selected operation areas, and to understand the needs from department users, so as to establish safety management setting for particular job positions.
Diversity and Inclusion (D&I):
To create a diverse and inclusive workplace, where the health and safety of employees and the impact of the building to the environmental are also important, we renovated and enhanced office facilities, such as including accessible toilets and wellness room, and provided colleagues with different activities and regular trainings on sustainability, health & safety, and D&I.Swire Coca-Cola is committed to reaching a balanced gender ratio across all bottlers by 2030, while Swire Coca-Cola HK has achieved the goal at supervisory level or above for the first time in 2023. Learn & Learn:
The Company regularly invite industry professionals to share their expertise, topics such as practical applications of AI technology in the workplace, and how to eat in a sustainable way - sustainability seafood, which inspired colleagues to gain new insights into their work processes. These sessions were held both online and offline, and attracted a total of around 100 participants for each time.

MONTHLY STAFF ACTIVITIES:
Every month, we offer our employees with a range of activities that promote physical and mental health, encourage family engagement, and provide opportunities for volunteering. Additionally, we distribute fruits, snacks and festive food. We also conduct various workshops aimed at creating an attractive workplace, with the goal of become the best employer in town.
