From March 2020, flexible working arrangements were formalized. GIVING OUR STAFF A BOOST TO DELIVER TOP-NOTCH PERFORMANCEOur staff have access to a wide range of training and enrichment programs as part of our efforts to cultivate talents and support career development of our employees.
At the beginning of each year, we hold conversations with our staff across different departments and ranks to listen to their learning and development expectations. Incorporating an in-depth analysis of staff enrichment needs and our corporate strategies, we would publish an annual Training Summary and Planning Report to sum up efforts of previous year and outline training plans for the upcoming year.
From orientation for new recruits, language skills, customer service, professional development, leadership training to multimedia, we offer a rich diversity of enrichment programs to staff at different stages of personal growth and ranks.
We are always keen to see our individual employees, teams and the entire company to grow together. Our “Supervision and Management” enrichment series explores the role of supervisors in a workplace and the effective approaches in coaching subordinates, ultimately empowers supervisory staff with well-rounded management skills. Through the “Hang Lung Star Service” training series, our frontline staff would begin their enrichment journey from basic service etiquette, eventually becoming experts in addressing customer complaints.
