Hybrid Working Arrangement and Office Environment

The Company adopts a hybrid working arrangement concept that allows colleagues to choose where they work from as necessary, manage their work and life on their own and integrate their personal or family plans with work.

CSR and Marsh Care

  • Joining in the Roots & Shoots Million Tree Project: organizing the walking/running competition and planting trees in northern China based on the number of paces contributed by colleagues, so as to improve both ecological and humanitarian conditions there;
  • Working with "Share the Care" charity organization to launch the campaign of "Giving Gifts for Rural Children by Donating Books"; Organizing colleagues to plant trees near the Ancient Great Wall to support green and low-carbon initiatives and promote harmonious coexistence between humans and nature;
  • Organizing colleagues to knit outfits and buy Care Bears to support children with congenital heart disease for surgery;
  • Working with Guangzhou Gold-ribbon Special Children Parents Center to handmake toy gifts for children affected by cancer on Children’s Day.
