FORUM 66 IN SHENYANG

Forum 66 is located at Qingnian Da Jie, known as the "Golden Corridor", part of the national Shenyang Finance & Trade Development Zone. The mixed development comprises a world-class shopping mall, Grade A office towers and a hotel. The west tower rising over 350m is the tallest office building in Shenyang.

The shopping mall was officially opened on September 28, 2012. Distinguished features include a five-story shopping mall hosting more than 140 tenants comprising a high-class mix of international and local brand names and more than 2,000 parking spaces. The office tower officially opened on March 27, 2015 and offers an international office environment and superior modern business space which attracts prominent tenants from local to multinational corporations.

Located on the 66th to 88th floors of the office tower, Conrad Shenyang was officially opened on September 1, 2019, featuring a 270-degree panoramic view of the city.

We maintain effective communications with our employees through different platforms in the principle of openness, transparency and equality.

Our staff receive timely updates on corporate developments through a host of online and offline channels, including our quarterly newsletter Connections, corporate announcements, and Intranet. In 2021, we conducted our first-ever Employee Engagement Survey to better understand the needs and aspirations of our people. Some of the practical suggestions collected have been adopted quickly. We have conducted the third Employee Engagement Survey in August 2023. In addition, employees across all levels of operations are encouraged to share ideas and suggestions with the management team at our regular “66 Breakfast Meeting”.

CARING ABOUT PEOPLE

At Hang Lung, our people’s career development and wellbeing are of utmost importance. We are committed to fostering our employees’ wellbeing through a range of measures and initiatives such as maternity allowances, birthday delights, medical benefits, and dedicated breastfeeding facilities.

Office workers can apply to start their work day up to an hour early or late, or work from home with the approval of their immediate supervisor. We have also introduced "Dress-down Fridays" to allow more flexible workplace wear for staff.

As a caring employer committed to nurturing our talent, we prioritize learning and development. Our comprehensive and systematic training courses benefit growing numbers of staff year by year.
