Heartland 66 is located at Jinghan Avenue in bustling Qiaokou District, the commercial and business heart of Wuhan with light rail and mass transit accessibility, and close to the famous Wuguang and Zhongshan Avenue business districts.

With a total gross area of 460,000 sq. m., Heartland 66 comprises shopping mall, international Grade-A office tower and premium serviced residences. It features a design concept inspired by the traditional Chinese handicraft "Ruyi knot", which appears in the shape of an endless cycle to symbolize eternity and continuity, as the project is designed to draw endless footfall through the mall and create "never-ending" shopping experiences.

The shopping mall and office tower at Heartland 66 were awarded LEED Certification for Core and Shell Development – Gold Level by the US Green Building Council.

We actively listen to the voices of our employees. By inviting members from various departments to participate in the regular meetings with the General Manager, we create opportunities for employees to share their constructive feedback on our Company. Together, colleagues would actively work out together for the best solutions. Additionally, the cross-function breakfast meetings allows employees to better understand the Company’s operational strategy and current status, enabling them to effectively achieve their work goals. We organize Open Day to invite family members to visit our workplace, allowing them to experience the exceptional work environment firsthand. SUPPORTING EMPLOYEES’ GROWTH

To enhance employees’ business capabilities, we have also conducted different types of internal and external trainings for them, including makeup courses to enhance personal image, etiquette courses to improve service quality, courses on strengthening critical thinking and communication skills, and courses on enhancing business practices, such as legal and marketing. We also have a team that inherits company culture and helps employees grow together. We invite colleagues from different departments to serve as internal trainers. The physical and mental health of employees has always been our top priority. We regularly arrange occupational health and safety trainings to share tips with employees on safe operations and mental health management. We also organize various fitness activities every month, such as yoga, badminton, aerobics, etc. Furthermore, we also provide first-aid training courses tailored for our employees. The course not only educate them on first-aid knowledge, but also equip them with with practical skills to perform the first-aid operation when required. . In 2023, we introduced more entertainment options for employees – such as reading bars as well as breakfast and coffee bars. These initiatives aim to enhance employees' awareness of physical and mental health, while promoting the importance of occupational safety and healthy lifestyle.

FOSTERING EMPLOYER AWARENESS AMONG EMPLOYEES

To foster a sense of ownership among our employees, we encourage them to join the Hang Lung As One volunteer team. This allows employees to enthusiastically participate in activities that give back to the society, cultivating a positive mindset, as well as a sense of pride and loyalty. The theme of this year's activities include caring for the underprivileged female workers and the left behind children, adoption of stray pets, tree planting, and other impactful activities.
