Our staff receives real-time updates on corporate developments through a range of online and offline channels, such as our quarterly corporate newsletter Connections, our intranet 66Connect and our WeShare portal on WeChat. Moreover, we conduct Employee Engagement Survey every year to gather feedbacks from employees and take proactive measures to improve the results.

In addition, we have set up a General Manager mailbox to encourage employees to provide reasonable suggestions.
