AIA Life Insurance Company Limited ("AIA Life")
AIA Life Insurance Company Limited ("AIA Life") is a wholly owned life insurance subsidiary of AIA Group, which operates AIA's life insurance business in Mainland China. AIA Life has a team of professional insurance agents and provides life insurance, health insurance, accident insurance and other types of life insurance business through diversified distribution channels.AIA established a branch office in Shanghai in 1992. It was one of the first non-domestic insurance organizations to be issued with a business license for personal life insurance business after the Reform and Opening of China, and the first insurance company to introduce the insurance agent system into the country. In June 2020, AIA was granted approval to convert into AIA Life Insurance Company Limited. In July 2020, AIA Life officially became the first wholly foreign-owned life insurance company in Mainland China.

On the new five-year strategy、OP and LE, we will take the cultural connotation of AIACN as a handhold and carry out stratified and graded cultural activation for all employees, so that the internal employees and even our agents can understand the cultural connotation and transform it into behaviors, giving full play to the cohesive effect of culture and accelerating the release of the potential of talents.

AIA continues to focus on Wellbeing and is committed to the physical health、mental health and sustainable development of employees. While providing clients with the health solutions of WorkWell with AIA, AIA also applies this concept to the internal practice from the four major health dimensions of physical (Live Well), mental (Think Well), financial (Plan Well) and social health (Feel Well) , thus helping employees enjoy a healthy and sustainable life.Live Well: Focus on the physical health of employees, promote daily behaviors such as exercise and healthy diet, meanwhile provide high-quality medical and health services to help employees embark on the road to health.
Think Well: Focus on the mental health of employees, enhance employees' awareness of mental health, and optimize mental health services to provide customized solutions for employees, covering mental health education, assessment tools, counseling, and psychological counseling.
Plan Well: Focus on the financial health of employees, enhance financial knowledge, and provide self-help tools and professional assistance in a timely manner to help employees carry out corresponding financial planning and management at different life stages.
Feel Well: Focus on the social health of employees, help enterprises to establish a mutually inclusive and supportive working environment. Promote employees' sense of belonging to the community and affirmation of self-worth. Help employees to build resilience and wellbeing.
The third circle: Water Circle - ESG & DEIB.
Water flows through all circles in liquid, gas and solid forms, just like our ESG & DEIB concepts, which permeate the entire human resources management and cultural system.
